The researchers and member institutions of the TMGC provide data, mice, and resources in good faith. However, none of these institutions, nor any of their employees, makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product,or process disclosed, or represents that its use would not infringe privately owned rights. Further, the TMGC is not responsible for the contents of any off-site web pages that are referenced.

Several of these web resources are served by computers at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, an institution owned by the federal government of the United States of America. These computers are monitored for security problems and intentional misuse; this misuse may violate the law. See additional ORNL notices and disclaimers.

Please contact the TMGC administrators before suggesting the use of the TMGC name, resources, mice, or screening protocols in research applications. Individual researchers at TMGC institutions should ask for a letter prepared by the TMGC administrators before a grant is submitted if they intend to use TMGC resources as part of that grant application and claim that project as a TMGC application.
